Reservations must be cancelled within two weeks of arrival for a full refund.
When will the competition schedule be available?
Final schedules will be mailed and available online mid December 2021.
What format of competition will be used?
Meet Me in St. Louis uses Modified Capital Cup for all sessions.
What is the best way to register my team?
The best way to register your team is through the USAG meet reservation website. You will receive a confirmation email following up your online reservation.

When is the latest I can register my gymnasts?
Entries will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis beginning August 1, 2021. Don't wait to register... we will fill before final roster are due! Final rosters are due by November 6, 2021. After this date, level changes will be accepted where space allows.
Late entries are accepted if space allows and are subject to a $10 per gymnast late fee.
How do I scratch a gymnast?
All scratches have to be in writing directly from the gym/coach. This can be done by fax: 314-968-9581 or email: slgcmeetmeinstlouis@gmail.com.
Is my scratched gymnast eligible for a refund?
Refunds will be given for injury or illness if accompanied by a valid doctor’s note until November 20, 2021.
What type of equipment is being used for the competition?
Meet Me in St. Louis uses equipment from United Athletic International.
