USA Gymnastics Sanctioned:

• Men’s Levels 3-10
• Women’s Levels 2-10
• Xcel – All Levels

COMPETITION FORMAT

• Modified Capital Cup
• Equipment provided by UAI
• 3 gyms running simultaneously

IMPORTANT DATES

Meet Dates – January 10 & 11,2026

August 4, 2025 – St. Louis Gym Centre will begin accepting registrations from gyms on a first come, first serve basis until the meet is full.  Please submit your full roster through the USAG website and then mail a hard copy along with your full entry fee within one week of your online registration in order to secure your spot.

We expect this meet to fill before the entry deadline so please register early! November 9, 2025 – Final Rosters Due!

After this date level changes will be accepted where space allows.

November 9, 2025 – Refunds upon request minus 5% – NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE

• •  Levels 2-5; Xcel Bronze & Silver: $150
• •  Levels 6-10; Xcel Gold, Platinum, Diamond & Sapphire: $170
